TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EGYPT ADVANCED EXPERT E-LEARNING PROGRAMME

This e-learning programme does not have any cost implications for candidates who apply to take this course.
Only the business owners and employees of travel agencies and tour operating companies are eligible to apply for this online certification course.
In order to become a certified ‘Egypt Advanced Expert’, you need to complete the two pre-assigned compulsory and any 1 of the 3 elective modules.
Every user must qualify the pre-assigned Compulsory course modules with min. 60% per module. Only after the successful completion of the compulsory modules, the user can move towards the completion of any 1 of the 3 elective modules.
A minimum of 60% correct answers per module is required to complete the Egypt Advanced Expert E-learning Programme.
Every participant will have the chance to acquire a maximum of three certificates if he/she manage to pass successfully the three elective modules.
Every participant will have 3 attempts per lesson to achieve the required min. 60% qualification criteria to proceed to the next module. After 3 failed attempts, the participant will be disqualified from the programme and the designated user id will no longer be valid.
The decision on the model answers, result calculation and certificate granting will be at the sole discretion of the organizers. The decisions are final and binding on all registered candidates.
No queries, clarification or explanation should be expected from the organizers on their decision regarding any part of the program processing or any result.
Travel professionals who have successfully completed this course will be able to download the Egypt Advanced Expert e-certificate issued by the Egyptian National Tourism Office in India. In addition to that, these certified agents may be allowed to use the Egypt Advanced Expert logo in their email signature, visiting cards, promotional materials, etc. for which they would seek a written approval from the Egyptian National Tourism Office in India.
The validity of the Egypt Advanced Expert - specialist membership will be valid for a duration of 1 year from the date of the completion of the online course.
The obtention of this certificate does not indicate any labour or working relationship between the Egyptian National Tourism Office and the travel professional.
