Terms and Conditions

This training program does not have any cost implications for Travel Agents or their Staff who wish to apply for this program.
Only the business owners and employees of travel agencies and tour operating companies are eligible to apply for this program.
A minimum of 80% correct answers is required to complete the “RezLive.com Specialist” E-learning Programme for Travel Partners.
We will be providing every travel partner 5 attempts to achieve 80%. If the travel partner by any means does not get certified in the first 5 attempts, then he/she can reappear for the same by creating a new login.
The final decision related to answers, result calculation and certification granting will be at the sole discretion of “RezLive.com Management”.
On successful completion of the “RezLive.com Specialist” program, travel partners will be given an e-certificate which can be downloaded and used in their visiting cards, website, Signature and CV.
